HI I'M HOLLY

I support women in creating strong, resilient bodies with a mindful plan that helps them move well and feel their best at every stage of life.

After sustaining multiple injuries — from plantar fasciitis and shoulder impingement to a lower back injury that kept me from triathlons — I became determined to rebuild my foundation and train smarter.

That journey led me to discover the power of a whole-body approach through Pilates. I learned how to breathe, listen to my body, and move with intention during training so I perform at my best.

Seeing others in rehab thrive with Pilates and seek an after-rehab plan inspired me to create a teaching business dedicated to helping women achieve the same results.

MY MISSION

Today, my mission is to help you move with purpose, build strength from within, and feel empowered in your body every day.

I understand how frustrating it can feel to be held back by pain or uncertainty in your body. You want to move from a place of strength and trust that you’re doing what’s best for your long-term health. I’ve been there, and I know what it takes to rebuild with confidence.

With over 22 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, Pilates teacher, and nervous system educator, I’ve helped countless women restore balance and strength through mindful, science-backed movement.

My work has been featured in Utah Adventure Journal and through the University of Utah LifeLong Learning, and I’m deeply committed to helping you feel supported every step of the way.

Being a mama is one of my greatest joys, and so far, I am learning that laughter (via a healthy nervous system) is the best way through any struggle, challenge, or new milestone!

I love to hike in the Utah mountians, belly dance, and enjoy dinner with great friends.

I had a natural pregancy and healthly baby at 43 years old.

I started my own Pilates business in Utah in 2012 to serve women with group classes and private lessons!

I have lived in Spain in college, Alaska during PT school, and California, Nevada, Utah as a travel physical therapist.

I am an avid reader and read one book a month at a minimum.
